FGI Research’s Client Portal provides 24/7 secure online access to everything about your custom panel and research in real time.

For custom panels, the portal provides detailed information about panel size and performance. In addition to summary statistics, the custom panel data can be analyzed via topline and cross-tabbing tools. Custom panel reporting can include key information from the initial recruiting screener as well as demographics and participation information.

For studies, the portal provides real-time updates on study progress, including a performance dashboard (completes vs. goal, days in field, length and incidence) and detailed information about sample performance. Like the custom panel reporting, the portal provides a powerful set of online reporting tools to help you get the most out of your studies. The topline and cross-tabbing tools allow you to drill down into the data and easily produce graphs, tables and reports. Graphs can be saved for use in PowerPoint or Word, while data can be exported to Excel and other programs. In addition, client and FGI Research team members can post comments for discussion and future reference.
