As part of our custom panel solution, FGI Research provides a branded portal (often called a “panel gateway”) which panelists use to access their personal information, take surveys, and even collaborate with each other. This portal website is perfectly matched with your brand.
Through this portal, your custom panel members can update their personal information, see if any open surveys are available for them, and obtain more information about the research process. In addition, your branded portal can be enhanced with a community feature that allows panelists to post questions, “vote” on ideas and suggestions, and otherwise interact with other panelists. This provides community benefits to both the client and panelists.
