FGI Research Current Openings:

Project Manager to work in our Chapel Hill NC office.

Essential functions:
Responsible for the management of all aspects of custom and/or syndicated market research projects.  Specifically, the selected candidate will work with our sales team and clients to develop the project methodology, questionnaires, schedules, oversee the execution of fieldwork, and coordinate with all other departments to deliver final deliverable to the client.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the absolute quality of the project, and responsible for our clients’ customer service.  The selected candidate will work in a high energy, fast paced cross-functional team environment, where leadership and commitment are keys to success, and may be responsible for assisting in developing questionnaires, recommending best practices for data collection methodology, and writing descriptive analysis of the findings of the study.
The selected candidate will have experience in securing new research clients, as well as setting and meeting budgets.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

-BA/BS degree or 5+ years experience in job-related area
-Market research experience is required
-Minimum 2 years project management experience
-Experience in a cross-functional team environment
-Proposal writing
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
Education, Experience and Skills Preferred:

-Familiarity with online surveys and data tabulation output
-Direct revenue and profit responsibility
-Experience in media measurement, life and/or health insurance, public opinion, customer satisfaction, or telecommunications research
-Experience with multiple research methods as applied to both consumer and business samples—including telephone, mail, or Internet based applications
-Experience with TQM applications and practices
-Report and presentation experience

Research Interviewers to work in our Virginia Beach, VA. office

Essential functions:
Conduct market research interviews via telephone and CATI.

**No selling involved**
Record responses given by participants into CATI software.
Work on a variety of projects including: polling, telecommunications, customer
satisfaction and market improvement.
Candidates must attend full 1 week training and then be able to apply skills learned to conduct quality market research interviews.
Requirements:

-Minimum six months of prior call center and/or customer service experience preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must have basic computer skills and type a minimum of 25 wpm.
-Bilingual/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
